Published by Portfolio

Tanti auguri allarmismo inutile

Published by Tempi

The comic cries of climate apocalypse — 50 years of spurious scaremongering

Published by New York Post

The recent UN climate summit in Glasgow was predictably branded our “last chance” to tackle the “climate catastrophe” and “save humanity.” Like many others, US climate envoy John Kerry warned us that we have only nine years left to avert most of “catastrophic” global warming.

World will go green only when the price is right

Published by The Australian

The outcome of the UN Climate Summit in Glasgow (COP26) has been criticised by commentators as unambitious, with some calling it a “monumental failure”. Even the summit’s host, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, admitted the deal was “tinged with disappointment”. This is hardly surprising: historically, most climate promises have fared badly.

COP26, otra reunión intrascendente

Published by Milenio

Green energy: There is a way to beat climate change but COP26 snubbed it

Published by The Herland

The outcome of the UN Climate Summit in Glasgow (COP26) has been criticised by commentators as unambitious, with some like the delegates from Pacific island countries calling it a 'monumental failure'. Even the summit's host Boris Johnson admitted the deal was 'tinged with disappointment'. This is hardly surprising. Historically, most climate promises have fared badly.

Published by Berlingske

COMMENTARY: Green RD they key to fighting climate change

Published by Las Vegas Review Journal

Trying to showcase climate leadership at the U.N. Climate Summit in Glasgow, President Joe Biden is reaffirming his goal of creating “a carbon pollution-free power sector by 2035 and net-zero emissions economy by no later than 2050.” But that target will be prohibitively expensive. A new Nature study shows that a 95 percent reduction by 2050 — almost within reach of Biden’s net-zero — would cost 11.9 percent of GDP or more than $11,000 for each American every year.
