Cet ouvrage entendait démontrer que nombre de problèmes environnementaux - dont le changement climatique - étaient exagérés. Ses thèses ont été combattues par de nombreux écologistes et scientifiques, mais soutenues par des personnalités comme Claude Allègre, qui a préfacé la traduction française de l'ouvrage. (...)
